Baby sleeping tips for 7 month old?

I have a 7 month old, who has reflux...and he also still wakes up every 2-3 hours through the night, to feed. I'm at my whits end, on the brink of exhaustion, because he'll wake up at 4:30-5:00 am for good, till his next nap. And today, he slept 25 minutes at 9 am....and he won't go to sleep, but is tired. I'm so exhauted I can barely stay awake. Any tips? I rock him, swing him, pat his but, rub his head, swaddle him. Whatr else is there?
