Do you think we should have a comittee of presidents instead of just one to make up the executive branch?

I mean it seems like whomever is elected president has too much power compared to the legislative and judicial branches, this system was set up for checks and balances but it does not seem to balanced to me. The executive branch has way too much power. They appoint the cabinet that is in their branch and the judges and make sure they are all people who they agree with. Wouldn't it make sense to balance the executive branch by choosing a committee of presidents with varying political beliefs who compromised on balanced decisions, not just one person making the decision and the cabinet agreeing? So the government would have more equality and fairness for the people.
